	<title>Low Carb Bars</title>
	<description>
The amount of low carb bars that are on the market today will make your head spin! They can literally fill up an entire section at the supermarket and have been flying off the shelves. They are convenient and an easy snack for those who would otherwise have to count the carbs in every snack that they put into their mouth.

A lot of low carb bars are low on taste, too
There is one drawback to low carb bars and that is that a lot of them are barely edible. It seems like they were put on the market before they went through any taste testing at all! So, before you go out and start buying them, you might want to check out a few of the websites that have done taste testing for you. There are so many to chose from, that you could otherwise spend a lot of money before you found one that you actually liked. Let someone else do the dirty work and read what others have said about all the low carb bars on the market.

As with all low carb food it is a pretty good rule of thumb to avoid the low carb bars that are a "reinvention" of classic candy bars. This never seems to work very well, after all the fact that the candy bar did have a lot of sugar and therefore carbs, made it worth eating because it tasted do good. Without all the fat and carbs they generally fall very short of the original. Better to find some brand new products that you enjoy than try to have what you can't.

All of these new low carb products have made dieting a lot easier and a lot more convenient. Things like low carb shakes and bars are good to have on hand, you never know when you will be in a situation where there is no acceptable food for the low carb dieter to eat. If you have a few of these convenience foods with you you will be sure to be getting adequate nutrition and not be left feeling too hungry.
