Grab yourself some low carb desserts and regular foods, too
What you have to remember here is that life doesn't have to be miserable just because you are on a diet! Are you aware that there are things you can eat that are both good and good for you? That's what low carb desserts are all about! Why should you have to eat tripe just because you are trying to slim down? Why not just be a little smarter with what you eat instead of being desperate and aimless and throwing s--t against the wall to see what works?

That's not what life is about.
By cutting down your carb intake, you can lose weight and still eat all of your favorite things.
As long as your favorite things are not bread, pasta, bagels, beer, et cetera.

But who needs that anyway.

You can just bulk up on some of your other favorite things -- foods you have always loved that you will now love even more because they are healthy low carb diet foods! That's the nice thing about going on a low carb kick. You can still indulge. Forget about calories or just eating less or getting exercise. You can eat whatever the heck you want as long as it qualifies as a low carb diet food, and you can eat as much of it as you desire!

Wow, low carb desserts sure are a "sweet" deal
Talk about a sweet setup. Pun very much intended. So let's say you love BLT sandwiches like nothing else. Well, that doesn't exactly qualify as low carb, until you take out the bread. Switch up the roll you eat it on to a wrap, and bam, all your favorite low carb foods (bacon, lettuce, tomato) are still there, and you have taken out the carbohydrates! Perfect! Same with beer. Rather than getting drunk off Miller Lite, you can try a beer like Michelob Ultra that is specifically designed to be low in carbohydrates! It's easy to lose weight this way! Then top it all off with some succulent low carb candy and kick back and relax. You've earned it.
