	<title>Carb Counting</title>
	<description>
You wouldn't believe the changes we have instituted at the Crib since we learned about carb counting!
Specifically, we embraced Michelob Ultra. It's a low carb beer, dogs! And it's tight. That way we can still get our fade on and not have to worry about getting fat! We will settle for just being phat. Because carb counting is where it's at and there is no way around it. Gz up, hoez down, proteins in and carbs out. It's really rather simple when you stop and think about it. Start carb counting or start writing your obit. A bit extreme? Not really. Studies show that carbohydrates make you fat in excess. If you are fat you are not inclined to work out, which leads to poor heart health, which is the number one killer of American thugz besides bullets!

We are just pulling facts out of our rear ends, but at the end of the day, carb counting still warrants interest
Oh yes it does. A person cannot really think that they can start carb counting and become a new and different human being in like a day's time. No. But you lay the groundwork for a happier and brighter future. That much we know. When it comes to counting carbs the people at the Low Carb Crib know best. Only here could we turn something like weight loss into a cool thing. It doesn't hurt to have fancy cars and a huge house with an indoor pool. People will start carb counting or pretty much anything to get in here.

So think long and hard about what you are eating here.
Know the difference between good and bad carb intake.
Get the carbs you need to power your workouts.
Stop eating the empty ones that suck!

That's it. From all of us at the Crib, happy carb counting. PEACE.
