Time To Get The Carb Counts Rollin'
When you keep your carb counts low, you are better off
This is always the case. You never know the way it's going to work out with these here carb counts and you sure as heck don't know that you are going to be able to stand up to the pressure of day to day dieting. But you can give it your best. And you can lean on us for inspiration. Because the pimp is about to roll into the Low Carb Crib and when he starts his official carb counts, the bitches get served while the players play. We are not sure what that means but you can bet it is bad news for the people whose carb counts be too high. Check out the easy table below that we have put together for your own reference.
- If you are at Stage 1, you are rail thin. You be looking good, but you better be sure you aren't counting carbs a little too strenuously and incurring some seriously bad side effects. There is too much of a good thing, you know.
- This is a healthier Stage. At this point your carb intake is minimal.
- Probably the best. Stage 3 carbs mean you get the intake you need and have the energy to burn when it comes to working out. This is why you can't shun carbs altogether. Because you need them.
- Still pretty healthy, but letting the carb counts slip a little.
- Easy there, Tiger. Maybe you should put the sandwich down.
- Are you sure you are counting carbs correctly?
- Shouldn't you go on a diet?
- Officially qualifying for fat jokes.
- Sitting around the house. We mean literally sitting around the house.
- Even the ghetto booty loving players will be moving on to something better at this point.
There you have it. If that doesn't explain why carb counts are important, who knows what will.
