	<title>Good Carbohydrate</title>
	<description>
The difference between a good carbohydrate and a bad one
It's all about the complexity. All about what you can do to stay full longer and nourish your system without being a little bitch. Sorry. It has nothing to do with the fact that you may act like a little punk from time to time. We just gotta sound tough here at the Crib. It is all a part of how we act. When we be talking about the good carbohydrate diets we promote, it is important for us to represent. Hard. To all your n!ggaz who be thinkin' we soft, we don't play. Take a seat. Hope you're ready for the next episode. Hey!

That being the primarily low carbohydrate, all good carb episode.
It's a simple plan designed to help you get healthy and stay that way.
A wonderful setup for all people in your position. Just accept it.

Here is what you have to know about good carbohydrate diets
Now that we're done posturing and grandstanding, here is what the bottom line comes down to up in this crazy Crib. Those foods that you love like white bread and pasta are going to have to go. That's not good carbohydrate stuff peeps. You have to kick them to the curb and instead rock the options that give you lasting nourishment and complex carbs. That way you will not get the empty calories and carbohydrates and instead secure the lasting health you have to have. If you want to be considered cool, that is.

It is all about the good carbohydrates, not the kinds of things that you just eat and then go straight to the spare tire. And we are not talking about your car. Be sure you make wise decisions when it comes to your diets and don't live a life full of regret.
