Give Us Some Sugar Here At The LCC!
With the sugar intake you've got, you're asking for trouble!
Seriously, you might consider some low carb food because the sugars and carbohydrates you are funneling into your body each day and night are slowly taking their toll, even if you don't realize it yet. But here is the thing. A lot of advocates of low carb foods want you to believe that eating a strictly low carb diet is the way you are going to become healthy and fit. Well that is only part of getting to that point. You are going to need to balance what you eat as well as exercise regularly.
Low sugar and low carbohydrates
Of course, it is not the only thing that is going to make you a healthier person. But it certainly will not hurt to cut down on the sugar a little bit. The more you overdo it, the more undue strain you put on your heart and the worse off you are for it.
No one wants you to get diabetes. Just like no one wants you to become a fat lard. This is why good carbs are so important. If you only go with low carb diets you may be depriving yourself of vital nutrients... and cause bad side effects such as digestive / kidney problems and high blood pressure. Remember that everything must be done in moderation if you want to be healthy. Get the carb and sugar intake you need but make sure it is not the empty kind. Be smart. Think it through. It's a marathon.
Not a sprint. And the other thing about sugar and carbs is that without exercising, you will not be able to see the results... and you need both of these things to make it through any kind of exercise. You see? It all comes together in the big picture.
